As the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and motivating a high-performing retail team
Driving sales, profitability and store performance
Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day
Managing stock control, merchandising and store presentation
Overseeing rosters, training and team development
Maintaining solid financial controls and operational standards
As the Retail Store Manager,



you may come from a big box outlet, smaller retail outlet or be an aspiring senior salesperson looking for a key management position.
