Fixed term, full time role earning $142,790 - $166,938 per year, plus super.
About us
Victims, Redress and System Reform (VRSR) is responsible for the delivery and reform of services to victims of crime, and direct service provision through programs for victims of crime, ensuring they receive individualised, timely and effective support to manage the effects of violent crime.
VRSR also oversees a number of Victoria's Redress Schemes which acknowledge the impacts of past policies and actions on the lives of people in different settings.
What you will do
As Principal Project Officer – Operational Performance, you will lead data, reporting and reform work.You will guide a team of three senior project officers and set clear priorities.
You will:
leadtechnicalwork on performance reporting, reviews and major reforms
analyse service data to identifyimportantrisks, trends and changing needs
prepareclearadvice, reports and briefings on complex performance issues
manage data systems and improvetimelycollection, quality and reporting
support services withaccuratedata, reviews and service demand forecasts.
About you
No mandatory qualification is listed for this role.
A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
You should also have:
strongexperience in performance reporting, data collection and statistical analysis
experience withRESOLVE,Power BI,Salesforceor similar systems
clearwriting and speaking skills,



with the ability to explain complex technical ideas simply
aflexibleand collaborative approach, with strong problem-solving and people leadership skills.
