Monash Health in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Nurse / Midwife Manager – Nephrology / Renal for the Dandenong Dialysis unit, a 21-chair haemodialysis service.
You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to uphold patient-centred care.
You will oversee quality and safety across outpatient and inpatient dialysis, support staff development, collaborate with medical colleagues, and contribute to research and improvements in dialysis care
