St John of God Berwick is seeking a seasoned clinical leader for the role of Night Duty Hospital Coordinator on a permanent part time basis (22.8 hours per week).
You will guide hospital-wide night operations, oversee patient flow, bed capacity and staffing, and act as a senior clinical resource during emergencies.You will work with Nurse Managers to plan staffing, optimize resource allocation and maintain high-quality patient care across the hospital during night shifts.
