Position Overview:Reporting to the Director Assets & Infrastructure Services, this position is responsible for delivering project management and contract management services across a wide range of infrastructure projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all legislative and Council requirements.Key Responsibilities:Deliver project and contract management services across Council infrastructure projectsPlan, program, and deliver capital works activitiesPrepare tenders, contracts, specifications, and project documentationPrepare project plans, estimates, and job packagesManage external grant applications and funding administrationAssist in road maintenance delivery on behalf of Transport for NSWSupport survey, design, and development-related technical assessmentsCoordinate infrastructure works within road reserves and third-party developmentsContribute to asset data collection, reporting, and system improvementsAssist in the development of strategic and asset management plansEnsure compliance with Work Health & Safety, environmental,



and legislative requirementsAbout You:You are a qualified engineering professional with experience in project and/or contract management, capable of delivering infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
You have robust technical skills in civil engineering design, documentation, and relevant legislation, along with well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.You communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, work both independently and collaboratively, and maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
