Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices.
It's our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one.
And while they do, they're supported by a welcoming team, take part in ongoing training, and are guided on career development opportunities.You'll bePerforming customer sales and service transactions with customers.Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS).
Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling,
merchandising and other promotional activities.Assisting customers with mail and parcels lodgements and associate costs.Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.Pay Rate Commencing on $*****/ hour, increasing to $***** / hour after 3 months, + 12% SuperannuationTraining Comprehensive, paid training program of 6 weeks (full time hours, Mon – Fri, 8.45 AM – 5.06 PM), with ongoing supportHours After training, the roster will be 20 hours / week (4 hours each day), on a rotating roster, Monday - Friday, between 8:45 AM - 5:06 PMLocations As this is a relief position, you will need to be happy, willing and able to work at Burleigh, Coolangatta, Gold Coast Business Hub, Helensvale, Nerang, Pacific Fair, Pimpama, Q Super, Robina, Runaway Bay, Southport and Surfers Paradise,please consider travel before applyingCareer Growth Clear pathway for advancement, with tailored development and leadership opportunitiesAbout youYou're a friendly,
