This is a hands-on for a strategic thinker who thrives in rapid-paced environments and knows how to build momentum across people, projects, and timelines autonomously.Based in-office at Dandenong South, reporting to the 3fold Operations Manager.
Some interstate travel and after-hours flexibility as required to meet project demands is part of the role.Key responsibilitiesManage multiple simultaneous retail shopfitting projects across all phases—from design development and procurement to onsite delivery and handoverContinue to grow our 3PL business and through strong customer relations and delivering successful tasks.
Role allows to identify opportunities to improve service, process and strengthen customer relationshipDeliver projects to tight timelines without compromising on detail, quality, or budget by owning all aspects of financial accountabilityThink quickly, act decisively, and bring practical solutions to complex issueLead site teams and subcontractors with confidence, clarity, and accountabilityCoordinate multiple customer requirements, manage priorities and ensure projects are delivered accurately,



efficiently and on timeAbout you5+ years of project management experience in retail shopfitting, commercial interiors, or high-volume constructionProven ability to juggle multiple, rapid-moving projects with exceptional planning and organisational skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manage project trackers, budgets, schedules and reporting.A natural communicator and leader who builds trust, drives clarity, and gets resultsStrong commercial awareness, including project costs, variations, margins and profitabilityA high-performance mindset, with a commitment to taking ownership and delivering on promisesWhy 3fold?
