Sales Operations & Materials Planning CoordinatorLS Global is seeking an experienced coordinator to manage wholesale sales operations, customer accounts and material requirements planning within our growing skincare and cosmetics business.We are looking for a commercially aware, analytical thinker who can interpret sales, inventory and forecast data to support sound planning decisions to help grow our business.About LS GlobalLS Global is a Melbourne-based developer, manufacturer and distributor of premium skincare and cosmetic products, serving customers across Australia and international markets.About the roleYou will be responsible for:Managing relationships with local and international wholesale customersFollowing up customers regarding orders and future requirementsProcessing sales orders and coordinating fulfilment and deliveryHandling customer enquiries, complaints and quality issuesManaging MRP, inventory levels and component purchasing requirementsAnalysing sales forecasts, stock availability and future demandCoordinating component sourcing, imports and logistics,



including suppliers in ChinaMaintaining accurate information in Business Central and ExcelAbout youYou will have:Wholesale sales, B2B account-management or customer-service experienceExperience in MRP, materials planning, inventory planning or purchasingStrong analytical, Excel and numerical skillsERP experience, preferably Business Central or NAVDemonstrated ability in learning current processes and adapting to evolving ERP environments, having experience in Microsoft Dynamics BC or NAV is highly regardedExcellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
High initiative with the ability to anticipate potential supply chain issues and proactively implement solutionsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesChina sourcing or import coordination experience would be highly regardedThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships while using data and systems to improve inventory planning and business operations.Previous experience working within the FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries would be highly regarded
