Early Childhood Educator | Not For Profit Childcare
Are you passionate about pedagogy, child development and working in a play based early childhood philosophy?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced early childhood educator to join our team!

Our centre is nestled in the vibrant inner Western suburbs of Melbourne.
As a small, not-for-profit, community-based service, that are deeply committed to providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment.
They pride themselves on building solid relationships within the local community and providing enriching experiences for the children.
The Opportunity
As a co-educator in the nursery room, you will be supporting the existing team as additional ratio cover to seamlessly deliver the programme.
You will be encouraged in your own professional development interests which you would like to incorporate into the current programme.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a passionate individual who:
Brings passion and fun into their working environment each day
Holds a Certificate III, Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent qualification.




Has at least 1 year of experience working with children (excluding placement experience).
Is confident and familiar with the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
Has experience in programme planning, designing meaningful and age appropriate activities and enjoys working with infants.
Communicates effectively with team members, children, and families, both verbally and in writing.
Holds a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, and CPR certification.
Has full working rights in Australia.
