From digital personal loans to embedded finance and a next-gen financial super app, we're building smarter financial products for everyday Australians.To support our rapid scale, we're seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our high-performing technology team and take ownership of our test automation strategy, frameworks and quality practices across our technology platforms.What You'll DoAs our Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll:Own and maintain the overall test automation strategy and frameworksLead automated regression, API, integration and end-to-end testingPerform exploratory and manual testing where requiredWork closely with Developers and Technical Leads to embed quality earlier in the software development lifecycleEstablish testing standards and quality gates across software releasesIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and continually improve automation coverageLead defect identification, investigation and root-cause analysisMonitor testing outcomes and quality metrics to identify areas for improvementDrive continuous improvement across testing tools,
processes and practicesProvide technical leadership and mentor QA engineersWhat You'll BringProven experience in a Senior QA Automation, QA Lead or QA management roleStrong hands‐on experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworksExperience across web, mobile, API and integration testingStrong knowledge of regression, integration and end-to-end testingExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile software development environmentsStrong understanding of APIs, databases and modern software development practicesExperience leading or mentoring QA engineersStrong technical leadership and problem‐solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and a strong focus on software qualityStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced development environmentWhy Join Handy Finance?
