What You ll Be Doing
Construction schedulingAllocate trades, book suppliers, and manage build timelines
Workflow coordinationKeep supervisors, trades, and clients updated
Timeline managementSpot delays early and adjust schedules proactively
System updatesMaintain accurate progress notes and documentation
Stakeholder communicationBuild solid relationships with trades and internal teams
What You ll Bring
Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Ability to manage multiple custom builds at once
Solid understanding of build stages and trade sequencing
Confidence using construction software and admin systems
