LANOTEC is an Australian owned and operated company providing high-performance lanolin-based lubricants, corrosion protection, cleaning and maintenance solutions across a broad range of industries.We're looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to manage and grow our Victorian territory.This is a work-from-home and field-based role for someone who enjoys getting in front of customers, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.The RoleReporting to the Director, you will manage existing customers and resellers while actively developing new business throughout Victoria.Key responsibilities include:Maintain and grow existing customer and reseller relationshipsIdentify and convert new business opportunitiesManage customer visits, call plans and follow-up activitiesConduct product and sales training throughout our reseller networkUndertake joint customer calls with reseller representativesDevelop opportunities across industrial, trade, automotive, marine, agricultural and related marketsAttend relevant trade shows and industry eventsTravel regionally throughout Victoria, approximately 5 to 7 nights per month, or as requiredMaintain customer and opportunity information within our CRMIdentify customer applications, product demonstrations and success stories that can support LANOTEC's marketing and social mediaWork closely with our sales and marketing teams to support continued growthAbout YouYou'll ideally have experience in business development, territory management or technical sales, along with strong relationship-building and communication skills.You'll be confident developing new business,
