Metro North Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Cancer Care Coordinator to provide expert clinical advice, care coordination and leadership across the cancer care continuum for patients undergoing radioactive iodine or brachytherapy.The role supports statewide referrals, coordinates complex patient pathways, assists with discharge planning and delivers specialist education to health professionals.
