Premier Services Group Victoria is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, VIC.
This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee complex construction projects from conception through to completion.
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is pivotal to our organisation's success and will see you managing existing clients, new projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring all project deliverables align with our strategic objectives.Key responsibilitiesPlanning, scheduling and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely completion within approved budgetsManaging project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers and internal staff, to maintain productivity and quality standardsDeveloping and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications and change ordersMonitoring project costs, managing budgets and identifying cost‐saving opportunities without compromising qualityLiaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycleConducting site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant building codes and regulationsIdentifying and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans and addressing issues promptlyPreparing progress reports and project documentation for senior management and clientsEnsuring all work sites maintain health and safety standards in compliance with relevant legislationMentoring and developing junior project staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvementWhat we are looking for5+ years' experience in construction project management, with demonstrated success managing projects of varying complexity and scaleProven expertise in project planning, scheduling,



budgeting and cost control within the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, Fire standards, regulations and best‐practice project management standardsExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teamsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing client relationships at all levelsStrong problem‐solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressureCurrent driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredWhat we offerPremier Services Group Victoria is committed to providing an attractive and supportive work environment for our employees.
