Key responsibilities
Plan and manage air and sea freight bookings, schedules and loading
Solve problems fast to keep consignments on time and customers happy
Oversee and carry out export documentation and compliance
Build robust relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers
Manage horticulture export protocols, including packhouse, treatment facility (fumigation, cold treatment, irradiation) and on-farm accreditation
Support regulatory and compliance audits
About you
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Horticulture export experience is a big plus
