Job Description
Peak Downs is a BHP-operated open-pit coal mine in Queensland.
We require a Superintendent Coal Mining to lead safety, production and cost outcomes on site, reporting to the Manager Production Load and Haul.
You will drive continuous improvement and shape the on-site culture to meet KPI targets.
The role requires proven leadership in open-cut coal mining, solid mine planning and scheduling knowledge, and a proactive commitment to safety, environmental standards and regulatory compliance.
