About the Role
Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in accordance with menu requirements
Managing food preparation, production, and presentation
Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Supporting kitchen teams during peak service periods
Working within aged care, healthcare, hospitality, and education environments
Adhering to dietary, allergy, and texture-modified meal requirements where applicable
Ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery/Diploma in Hospitality Management)
Minimum 4 years' post-apprenticeship experience in commercial kitchens
Food Safety Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (required for aged care shifts)
Current Working with Children Check (required for education and hospital shifts)
National Police Check
Two recent professional references




Reliable transport and the ability to travel to various client locations
Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
