Restaurant Manager – Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers Caloundra
Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers has recently opened in Caloundra, and we're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of this busy new Italian restaurant.
You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while building, coaching and motivating a high performing team.
Key responsibilities
Lead and motivate the Caloundra team
Deliver an exceptional guest experience
Maintain consistently high customer service standards
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Train, coach and develop team members
Manage service flow during busy periods
Assist with rostering, stock, ordering and operational requirements
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Ensure the restaurant is presented to an exceptional standard
Jump in and support the team wherever needed
About you
Proven experience in restaurant,
hospitality or QSR management with minimum 2-3 years experience
A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team
Strong communication and people management skills
Ability to lead by example in a fast paced environment
Highly organised, reliable and proactive
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Someone who takes pride in presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail
Wednesday to Sunday availability with Monday & Tuesdays as your days off
