About the Role: As an Aged and Disabled Carer, you will report to the Care Services Manager.
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified candidate who is dedicated to improving the lives of our clients.
This is a Full-time role.
Location: 97 Weewar Circuit South Yunderup WA ****
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and personal care needs
Assist clients with mobility, including transfers and positioning using appropriate equipment
Support clients' independence by helping with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and bed making




Plan and accompany clients during social activities and community engagement
Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to the Care Coordinator
Maintain accurate records of care provided and complete required documentation
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Run errands including shopping and collecting prescriptions as needed
Health and Safety
Comply with all Work Health and Safety legislation requirements
Follow infection control procedures and maintain a secure working environment
Report any hazards or incidents immediately to management
Qualification and Experience
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year full-time relevant experience
Current First Aid certificate
Valid National Police Clearance
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Pay: AUD 73,000 – AUD 80,****** per annum (excluding Superannuation)
