Pipeline is largely self sourced, with marketing support as a supplementClose four to five project based deals a month, each at $15,000 to $30,000 in annual valueLand the first project with a builder, then expand across the business by working with project managers and senior leadership to win further projectsSpend a significant amount of your time on site and in person with project teams, site managers and construction directorsReport to the Director of Sales in Sydney and work alongside the wider ANZ sales team, drawing on existing customer relationships in Recent South Wales, Victoria and New Zealand where they have Queensland projects
