We are looking for a full-time (38hrs) Sales Consultant to join the team at our Melbourne Collins Street boutique.
ABOUT THE ROLE:




Genuinely welcome customers to the boutique and communicate effectively with themManage the sales process to best serve customers' needs and increase sales with the purpose of reaching the store's economic objectivesTake care of replenishment and product layout as per Visual Merchandising guidelinesComply with the aesthetic parameters of the boutiqueRecognise loyal customers and strengthening the customer base through CRM activitiesGain product knowledge, company information and history
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:
Have a minimum 1-2 year sales experience in a customer focused environment (Experience in Premium/Luxury Fashion is highly regarded)Educational background in Fashion is highly regardedExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsBe fluent in English with secondary language skills desirableHave excellent personal presentationBe adaptable and willing to learnAbility to build long lasting relationships with the clientsAble to work late nights shifts, weekends and public holidays
