As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation at The Echuca Hotel.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and cooperative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned venue, including staff management, customer service, and inventory controlProviding leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a positive and productive work cultureEnsuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulationsHandling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and resolution-oriented mannerAssisting with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiativesCollaborating with the management team to identify and address opportunities for improvementProviding regular performance feedback and development support to your team members
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industryStrong leadership and people management skills,



with the ability to motivate and inspire your teamExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and reportingThorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysGaming experience is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
