Customer Service Representative SNSW Clerk Grade 3/4- starting annual salary $74,118 plus superannuation and leave loadingEmployment Type: Ongoing Part Time - 20 hours per weekPlease note: This position requires onsite attendance, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday and a minimum shift length of 4 hours.

In some regional or remote areas, a 'hub' Service Centre acts as the parent of one or more 'spoke' Service Centre locations.
The hub and spoke models share a leadership team and operate in such a way that team members will be required to work between locations.

In this varied role, you'll provide support through a mix of face-to-face customer interactions and phone enquiries, helping customers access information, resolve issues and connect with the services they need.

Operating hours: In our Service Centres hours vary between locations.

Flexibility is to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centre's operational hours which may include Saturdays.
The Service NSW Award hours are 6:30am – 7:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays).
In some situations, you may be required to work during these hours.
Part-time – minimum 20 hours per week - (Monday to Friday) 4 hours per day over 5 days.
Hours are also subject to change based on the needs of the business.
