What you will do?
Supervise and support a diverse team across shifts to ensure service excellenceLead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer carePrepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skillsAssist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areasManage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growthMobilise, train and develop team members to perform at their bestOversee inventory,



stock control and ordering processesImplement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenueAdhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
More about you
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality venueResponsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety CertificateSkilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience, preferredPassionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approachSkilled in workforce mobilisation and team developmentComfortable with labour controls and food cost management, desirableFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysThe application period will close on 28/10/2026, unless a successful qualified candidate is identified sooner.
