Bale is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Business Manager to join our DFO Brisbane Outlet, working a regular Sunday-to-Thursday roster.Founded in Australia in ****, M.J. Bale creates garments of integrity using quality natural fibres and expert craftsmanship.
We're a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.About the roleYou'll work closely with the Store Business Manager to lead the floor, drive results and keep the store performing at its best.This isn't a management role spent out the back.
You'll be in the middle of trade—supporting customers,



setting the pace for the team and stepping up to lead the store when required.Your day will include:Leading the team to achieve sales targets and store KPIsCoaching team members and setting a strong example on the floorHelping customers find the right fit, style and productBuilding relationships with recent and returning customersSupporting visual merchandising, stock management and store operationsKeeping the store well presented and ready for tradeTaking responsibility for the store when the Store Business Manager is awayAbout youYou'll bring:Experience as an Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail team memberA strong sales record and confidence working towards targetsThe ability to motivate, coach and support a teamA genuine interest in menswear, styling and customer serviceStrong organisation and attention to detailA hands‐on attitude and willingness to get involved wherever neededAvailability to work Sunday to ThursdayExperience in premium fashion, menswear or outlet retail will be highly regarded.You'll receive a competitive salary, sales incentives, clothing benefits and ongoing product and leadership training.More importantly, you'll join a business where strong performers are noticed and given genuine opportunities to grow.
