You'll be leading one of Central Queensland's strongest accommodation operations, managing a team and taking ownership of a high-performing business with strong occupancy and future growth potential.Couple that with a spacious four-bedroom manager's residence and genuine career pathways across Australia's largest holiday park network, and you've got a role that offers both professional challenge and lifestyle reward.About the RoleAs Park Manager, you'll take ownership of one of Central Queensland's strongest accommodation operations, leading the business with confidence, accountability and a relentless focus on results.
You'll drive commercial performance, elevate standards, develop a high-performing leadership team and ensure every aspect of the operation reflects excellence.
This is a role for a leader who isn't afraid to make decisions and lead from the front.This is a live-in management position, with a large onsite residence provided.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operation of the parkDrive revenue, occupancy and overall business performanceManage budgets,



forecasting and financial outcomesLead and develop a team of approximately 35 staffCoach and support department leadersOversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Grounds operationsMaintain high standards across accommodation, facilities and groundsEnsure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirementsDeliver exceptional guest experiencesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow performanceProvide hands-on operational support when requiredAbout YouYou're an experienced accommodation or tourism leader who enjoys accountability, ownership and leading from the front.What you'll bring:Previous experience managing a holiday park, hotel, resort, village or accommodation businessStrong financial and commercial management capabilityExperience driving occupancy and revenue performanceProven leadership experience in a multi-department operationThe ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with RMS, Newbook or similar property management systemsA current driver's licenceA genuine commitment to exceptional guest experiencesMost importantly, you're a leader who takes ownership and knows how to bring people with you.Why Join Us?
