From commercial performance and programming through to client relationships, team leadership and project outcomes, you'll have the autonomy, support and resources to deliver projects that make a lasting impact.Reporting to and supported by an experienced Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading project delivery from commencement through to successful completionDriving project performance across safety, quality, programme, commercial and client outcomesLeading multidisciplinary project teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing cultureManaging project budgets, cashflow, forecasting and commercial performanceBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholdersOverseeing programming, project planning, procurement and risk managementMentoring and developing emerging project leaders across the businessChampioning Hindmarsh's culture, values and commitment to quality and safetyWe are looking for team members who have:Strong experience delivering commercial construction projects,



ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environmentA proven track record leading projects from commencement through to completionStrong commercial acumen with experience managing project financial performance and contractual obligationsExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative leadership style and passion for developing high-performing teamsExperience using Microsoft Project, CHEOPS, Aconex and similar construction management systemsBuild more than projects.
