As a Team Leader Children & Parenting Program & Youth Enhanced Service, you'll be at the heart of a transformative initiative, overseeing the successful implementation and integration of these vital programs.Your leadership will directly contribute to improving the lives of individuals and families, while guiding and mentoring our skilled team of professionals.What You'll Do:Lead and mentor a dedicated team, applying your professional expertise to support staff and clients alikeProvide direct services and manage complex client work, ensuring high-quality care and outcomesDrive the success of our programs, ensuring they meet their objectives and deliver lasting impactFoster a supportive and inclusive environment for staff and clients within a culturally rich communityWhat We're Looking For:Relevant qualifications in Community Services or Social Work (or related field)Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a commitment to developing your teamA hands-on approach to managing complex client cases and providing direct supportProven ability to integrate programs effectively and achieve measurable outcomesExperience in a similar leadership role, ideally within a community services or health settingWhy Join Us?
