Key duties will include:Taking end-to-end ownership of commercial fit-out contracts from award through practical completion, defects liability and final account settlementAdministering contracts in accordance with their terms, including issuing contractual notices,



managing correspondence and maintaining documentation obligationsProtecting contract margin and commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying, pricing, negotiating and recovering contract variations, including extension of time claimsPreparing, submitting and managing head contract progress claims and responding to subcontractor payment schedulesEstablishing, maintaining and monitoring project programmes and milestones across concurrent fit-out projectsCoordinating procurement and subcontractor management to support programme deliveryManaging client relationships on active contracts, including escalation handling and issue resolutionLeading and managing a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators
