As the Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility and ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products.
This is a full time, permanent position, working night shift.What you'll be doingImplement and monitor production processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standardsLead, motivate and develop a team of production workers to achieve daily and weekly production targetsIdentify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks in a timely mannerLiaise with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance,
