The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Multi-Site Manager to oversee our Emporium Boutique, Myer Melbourne and David Jones Bourke Street stores.
This is a brand-new leadership opportunity, offering genuine scope to influence, develop and grow our Melbourne retail presence.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership across three key locations, driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering a consistent, elevated Oroton client experience.
This role is ideal for a passionate fashion and apparel leader who thrives in a multi-site setting, has strong clienteling expertise, and is motivated by building teams, driving results and shaping the future of Oroton retail.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach and develop teams across multiple locations to become true Oroton brand ambassadorsDrive commercial performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs across all sitesSupport and develop Store and Concession Managers through coaching,



feedback and performance managementEnsure consistent delivery of elevated client experiences and premium service standardsPartner with VM and leadership teams to execute brand standards, visual merchandising and promotional initiativesAnalyse performance and implement strategies that drive growth across each location
What You Bring
Proven multi-site leadership experience within fashion, apparel or premium retail environmentsStrong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIsExperience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple locationsAdvanced clienteling skills and a passion for exceptional customer experiencesStrong understanding of fashion, styling, product and premium retail standardsConfidence in coaching leaders, driving accountability and building succession plansA positive, inspiring leadership style that motivates teams and delivers results
