You will be responsible for the successful onsite delivery of substation, power distribution, and complex electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.This role will suit an established Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or Senior Electrical Supervisor with strong experience delivering substations, utility infrastructure, industrial electrical projects, or major electrical construction works.Key responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple electrical infrastructure projectsLeading site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery partnersDriving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirementsManaging construction sequencing and coordinating civil, electrical, and commissioning activitiesOverseeing cable installation, HV/LV equipment installation, testing, and energisation readinessDelivering weekly and fortnightly construction programs and look-ahead plansIdentifying site risks, constraints, and delays, while implementing mitigation strategiesManaging quality assurance, inspections, testing documentation, and defect close-outCoordinating procurement, materials, plant, and site logisticsSupporting project reporting, forecasting,
