Business Development Manager – Property ManagementCentury 21 Wilson Pride is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our established Property Management division and help shape the next stage of our growth.This is not a role where you will be handed a phone and told to "go find business".
You will be joining a well-established agency with a large rent roll, solid local presence, existing databases, referral opportunities and the operational support needed to convert opportunities into sustainable growth.The RoleYour primary focus will be generating and converting new property management business across Melbourne's south-east.You will:Generate and convert new management opportunitiesConduct rental appraisals and meet with rental providers and investorsBuild strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partnersWork with our sales team and existing database to uncover opportunitiesMaintain an active pipeline and strong follow-up processDevelop referral and prospecting strategiesHelp build and improve our BDM systems, procedures and workflowsContribute to lead tracking, KPIs, reporting and conversion strategiesA key part of this role is helping us further develop a structured and scalable Business Development function.We want someone who can not only bring in new business but contribute ideas around how opportunities are generated, tracked, followed up and converted.Who We're Looking ForWe are open to either an experienced Property Management BDM or a strong Property Manager,



Leasing Consultant or real estate professional looking to move into a dedicated growth role.You will ideally have:Real estate experience, preferably within Property ManagementStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence dealing with landlords and investorsExcellent follow-up and organisationA proactive, commercially minded approachConfidence using technology and systemsThe ability to take ownership of your resultsA current Victorian Driver Licence & Real Estate LicenceExperience developing BDM systems or growth procedures is highly regarded but not essential.Why Join Century 21 Wilson Pride?
