This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced finance qualified who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving and working closely with senior stakeholders.The ChallengeLeading month-end and year-end accounting processes, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets and supporting schedulesSupporting the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinating audit and year-end reporting requirementsTaking ownership of key finance systems including Wiise, ProSpend and Raisely, ensuring accurate reporting,



effective processes and strong financial controlsManaging donation income and corporate card processes, including reconciliations and appropriate accounting treatment across online and offline transactionsOwning campaign financial management, including budget preparation, results reconcilation, monitoring actuals and investigating variances with campaign stakeholdersOverseeing core finance operations including invoicing, bank reconciliations, event EFTPOS and accrualsManaging financial compliance requirements including PAYG, BAS, IAS and other ATO obligationsPartnering with the CFO and wider business to provide financial insight, support decision-making and drive improvements across finance processes and controlsThe ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:CA or CPA qualifiedStrong technical accounting, financial reporting and reconciliation capabilitiesExperience across month-end, year-end reporting, budgeting and complianceA collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across finance and non-finance teamsNFP, charity or fundraising experience will be highly regarded
