West HQ is looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our ICT team.
Reporting to the Head of ICT, you'll play a key role in supporting, maintaining and improving the technology infrastructure that keeps our venues and operations running.This is a hands‐on role with exposure to a broad range of enterprise technologies across hospitality, entertainment, fitness and operational environments.The day-to-day:Administer and maintain server, virtualisation, storage and backup infrastructureManage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and associated identity servicesMonitor infrastructure performance, capacity, security and availabilityManage security patching, vulnerability remediation and system maintenanceProvide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for infrastructure-related issuesSupport Cisco networking, switching, wireless, VPN and firewall environmentsSupport operational technology including CCTV, telephony and paging systemsAssist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations and technology projectsWork with technology vendors and managed service providers to resolve technical issuesMaintain system documentation,
