High level stakeholder engagement skills are required as the successful candidate will be required to provide advice and assistance to a wide range of client areas.The successful candidate will provide a variety of legal advice on subjects including:statutory interpretation of legislation and sub-ordinate instruments;applying administrative law principles to business decisions and advising on process issues; andproviding advice around the regulatory framework relating to therapeutic goods.The RequirementsA current practising certificate (or ability to obtain one) and a current (minimum) Baseline security clearance experience is essential.Previous experience advising on Commonwealth administrative law including on the regulatory framework relating to therapeutic goods would be highly regarded.
