We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Project Officer to join our team!
What You Will Do:As a Human Resources Project Officer, you will contribute to the development, review, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, systems, resources, and practices to ensure compliance with legislative, industrial, and organisational requirements.
You will also support the successful delivery of HR priorities and change initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communication, research, reporting, analysis, and project coordination activities.What We Are Looking For:Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources, project management or a related discipline; and/or demonstrated relevant experience in HR, project administration or business support.Demonstrated ability to support project planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery in accordance with agreed project plans, schedules and timeframes.Sound knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, relevant employment legislation, industrial instruments, HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements,
