Your Role
You'll take charge of a clean, 160-property portfolio supported by an experienced Leasing Consultant and Administrator.
This is a well-structured position focused on maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships, with minimal stress and maximum support.
Key responsibilities:
Manage landlord and tenant relationships
Oversee repairs, maintenance, and arrears
Handle rent reviews and lease renewals
Mentor and support your Leasing Consultant
Prepare bond claims and attend tribunal hearings as required
What We're Looking For
Previous Property Management experience
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable car
Solid organizational and communication skills
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
