Develop and own the integrated field and channel marketing strategy for APJ, aligned with regional sales priorities and Dropbox's global marketing strategy
Partner with the Regional VP of Sales to build regional and country-level plans that create qualified pipeline
Lead regional programs across field events, executive experiences, account-based initiatives and integrated campaigns
Balance direct-to-customer and partner-led investments by market
Lead, coach, and develop the Japan Marketing team
Senior field and/or channel marketing leadership experience across APJ
Track record of partnering with Sales leadership to build qualified pipeline
Experience balancing direct-to-customer and partner-led marketing investments
People leadership experience coaching and developing marketing teams
