You'll look after the commercial side of our projects, from procurement and subcontracts through to variations, claims, cost control and final account.
You'll sit alongside our Construction Manager and Site Managers to help each other keep projects on track.
You'll be involved in major procurement packages, commercial negotiations, contractual claims, variations and project cost management — working alongside an experienced team across the full project lifecycle.
You'll help deliver quality residential, commercial and social housing projects across Queensland, including the Sunshine Coast.Key responsibilitiesManage the full contract administration process from award through to completionManage variations, claims and extensions of timePrepare and assess progress claims and payment schedulesManage subcontractor procurement, tendering and negotiationsLiaise with site management,



project managers and subcontractors to keep programs on trackMonitor contractual notices and critical timeframesSupport monthly cost reporting and forecastingMaintain accurate and defensible contractual recordsIdentify commercial risks and escalating them earlyAssist with final accounts and project close-outAbout youTertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar3+ years' construction contract administration experienceExperience with variations, progress claims and subcontractor paymentsStrong contractual and commercial awarenessProficiency in MS Office; MS Project or similar scheduling softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation and stakeholder management capability
