Techforce Personnel is seeking an Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership on an AI-enabled program.
You will guide a team of about 7 engineers to establish automated API testing and patching across a large microservices estate, starting with a pilot and scaling to hundreds of services.You will drive migrations (Spring Boot 3 to 4), establish reusable AI workflows, and ensure standards across development, testing, security and CI/CD, while remaining hands-on technically.
