What You'll Do:Reporting to the Loveland Agri Products Business Lead, the Loveland Sales Manager is directly responsible for promotion, positioning and sales of Loveland technologies.
Key responsibilities will include:Promote, position and drive sales of Loveland technologies with key stakeholders, retail sales teams and customersAchieve and exceed annual sales goals through targeted sales activity and customer engagementIdentify growth opportunities and contribute to annual strategic business planningWork closely with distribution management and sales teams to support, influence and drive sales outcomesProvide marketing, agronomic and technical information to support the correct positioning of Loveland productsAct as a key technical resource for Loveland products and cropping systems across the designated areaDeliver excellent customer service by solving problems and creating practical solutionsWhat You'll Bring:Demonstrated success in a sales leadership role within agricultureWell-rounded knowledge of agricultural products, practices and cropping systemsTertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Agronomy, Chemistry, Plant Science or similarHighly self-motivated with solid sales ability,
