consumables and workshop requirementsCoordinating daily deliveries and pickupsWorking closely with management and sales to meet production schedulesCommunicating with clients when required to ensure expectations are metIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and processesMaintaining a professional, protected and productive workplaceAbout YouWe are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can confidently manage a large team and keep a busy factory operation running smoothly.You will ideally have:Previous management experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and people management skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skillsExperience working with WHS/OH&S; requirementsThe ability to work effectively with management and internal stakeholdersA practical, solutions-focused approachA current forklift licence is preferredWhy Join?
