complaints and commitments through Consultation Manager (CRM)Coordinate stakeholder issues and drive timely resolution across project teamsSupport community engagement activities, stakeholder meetings and project eventsPrepare and distribute project communications, notifications and stakeholder updatesMaintain stakeholder databases, reporting, project records and engagement trackersBuild positive relationships with residents, businesses, landowners and community stakeholders while supporting engagement strategies and plansAbout youYou may already have experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, customer service, community relations or project administration, or be looking to take the next step in your career.We're looking for someone who brings:Strong organisational, administration and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProfessional, customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesProficient with databases, reporting systems and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience or interest in communications, stakeholder engagement, community relations or project environments (infrastructure experience highly regarded)So, join us, be you, and help us create better together.
