We are seeking IAM Test Lead to join a high-performing Federal Government Department.
The successful IAM Test Lead will drive testing activities across a portfolio of critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
The successful IAM Test Lead will secure an initial contract until 30 June **** with the view to be extended for two years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.The IAM Test Lead will be responsible for but not limited to;Leading the planning, coordination and execution of testing activities across multiple IAM projectsDeveloping test strategies, test plans, schedules, traceability matrices and test summary reportsLeading and mentoring testing teams, driving performance and capability upliftCreating,



reviewing and executing complex test artefacts, test cases, & test dataManaging testing risks, issues and dependencies and providing appropriate escalationThe IAM Test Lead will have experience in the following:Experience leading UAT, SIT and end-to-end testing activitiesExperience developing test strategies, plans, schedules, & traceability matricesExperience leading teams and coordinating testing activities across multiple concurrent projectsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience using testing tools such as ALM Octane and Azure DevOpsThis is an exciting opportunity for IAM Test Lead looking to join an innovative Federal Agency.
