Approximately 400 existing insurance clientsEstablished recurring revenue book of approximately $480,000Strong pipeline of referrals from our financial planning teamDedicated administration and paraplanning supportModern systems, processes and technologyFlexible working arrangements availableGenuine opportunity to lead and grow the insurance advice functionCompetitive salary plus performance incentivesThe RoleAs the dedicated Risk Insurance Adviser, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing insurance client base while delivering high-quality advice and exceptional client service.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting insurance reviews for existing clientsDeveloping and implementing personal insurance strategiesAdvising on Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection insuranceBuilding and strengthening long-term client relationshipsProactively identifying opportunities to improve client outcomesGenerating referrals and new business opportunitiesGrowing and retaining the existing insurance portfolioWorking closely with financial planners and support staffMaintaining high compliance and qualified standardsThis role offers significant autonomy while providing access to the support,
