Reid Fruits is one of Tasmania's leading cherry producers, and we're gearing up for another busy harvest season.
We're looking fordynamic, organised, and confident Administration Assistantsto join our team across multiple locations supporting both orchard and pack-house operations.
This is a fantastic prospect to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced horticulture setting.
Training will be provided, with the option to start inNovember.
About the Role
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of seasonal pickers and packers
Support daily administrative tasks across orchard and packhouse
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Coordinate rosters, scheduling, and staff communication




Provide general administrative support to management and supervisors
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
Previous admin experience is valued, but a 'can do' attitude and reliability are essential
