Job Description
We're currently representing a well-established builder with a strong pipeline ofretail fitout, refurbishment and new build projectsacross Melbourne's Bayside and South-East.
We're looking for an experiencedProject Managerto take ownership of projects valued between$1M-$10M, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes from start to finish.
CA's ready to step into Project Management are also encouraged to apply.
The Opportunity
Manage retailfitout, refurbishment and current build projectsvalued $1M-$10M
Take ownership of project delivery, programme, budget and client relationships
Work alongside an experienced construction team with strong support and career progression
Opportunity to build on your existing experience and step into larger and more complex projects
About You
Proven experience deliveringcommercial retailfitout/refurbishmentprojects
New build experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of project delivery, subcontractor management and programming
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Contracts Administrators ready to take the next step into a PM role are encouraged to apply
