Make every shift matter
As a Registered Nurse at Carinity - Shalom (Rockhampton), you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents while supporting and guiding a team of Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses.
You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and families while playing a key role in helping older Australians live with dignity, comfort and respect.
In this role, you'll:
Deliver high-quality clinical and holistic care to residents
Support and mentor Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses
Contribute to care planning and multidisciplinary team discussions




Administer medications and manage clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with aged care standards and best-practice care
Foster positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
Help create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment
About you
You may be a parent returning to the workforce, looking to reduce your hours, or seeking a role that offers better balance while still using your clinical skills and experience.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum two years' recent nursing experience
Demonstrated clinical competence within aged care
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for caring for older people
