NSW Health in Coraki and Evans Head is seeking a Permanent Part Time Registered Nurse to join our Community Health team.
You will provide patient-centred care across community settings, supporting hospital avoidance and delivering wound management and end-of-life care as required.
Working 28 hours per week in a versatile roster, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and improve health outcomes for the Northern Rivers communities of Coraki and Evans Head,
